How The Process Works
Regardless of your choices, the onboarding process remains the same. First, we'll have an initial consultation to get an idea of your objectives and budget. We'll advise you accordingly. After signing an agreement tailored to your needs, simply pay the invoice for the design fee and we'll start the process.
We'll schedule another call to understand your style and preferences, gather any specific requests, and collect references or inspiration images you may have. Based on this exchange, our interior designers will create a proposal that includes a color palette, a mood board, and a complete list of furniture and decorselected for your home, with every item and its cost. You can change anything on the list before you approve it.
Once you approve, we send invoices for the furniture, decor and home essentials, place the orders and give you a delivery estimate. The installation fee depends on the property and the agreed plan. For an additional fee, our contractors clean everything and photograph the finished home.
