How The Process Works
Regardless of your choices, the onboarding process remains the same. First, we'll have an initial consultation to get an idea of your objectives and budget. We'll advise you accordingly. After signing an agreement tailored to your needs, simply pay the invoice for the design fee and we'll start the process.
We'll schedule another call to understand your style and preferences, gather any specific requests, and collect references or inspiration images you may have. Based on this exchange, our interior designers will create a proposal that includes a colour palette, a mood board, and a complete list of furniture and decor selected and curated for your home. This will list all items and their costs. This takes ±30 working days, depending on the complexity of the project. You can make any changes to the proposal before giving final approval, your feedback is essential!
Upon approval, we'll send invoices for the furniture, decor, and home essentials. After payment, we'll place all orders and estimate a delivery date. Simple deliveries take 8 to 12 weeks on average. The installation fee is calculated based on the characteristics of your property and the agreed plan. For an additional fee, our trusted contractors clean everything and deliver professional photography of your new home.
