On Avenida Kukulkan in Region 15, minutes from the beach and a short walk from the restaurants and shops that have grown up along the avenue. MISTIQ Los Arcos, La Veleta

On Tulum's main avenue in La Veleta, across from the Gypsy Market, and the entry point of the three. It is 62 studios and one bedroom apartments in a two storey building, with rooftop pools, a solarium and a bar, a gym, co working, a restaurant, private gardens and transport to the beach club.
