The apartment

The cenote

The building

Región 15

Región 15 sits on the inland side of Tulum along Avenida Kukulkán, the road that runs down towards the beach. Aldea Zama and its plaza are a little over a kilometre away, the town centre and the Avenida Cobá restaurants are a few minutes in the other direction, and the beach road is a short drive. It is one of the busiest parts of Tulum for new building, which is why an apartment at this price still has the town on its doorstep.
