The apartment

The project

Worth knowing

At this price most of what trades in Tulum is a studio in a building that has not been started. This one is built, planted, finished and in use, in the part of town people actually live in, and it comes with a terrace larger than some of the studios it competes with.

La Veleta

La Veleta is the residential district west of the highway and the part of Tulum that has filled in with people rather than hotels. Quieter than Aldea Zamá, close enough to the centre to cycle, with restaurants, shops and studios opening along its streets. The beach road is a short drive.
