The developer is Reyvitru y Jacal, whose earlier work in the region includes Casa Laguna in Tulum and the Alea and Nerea boutique hotels.

Location

La Veleta sits west of the Tulum town center and has become the part of Tulum where people actually live rather than visit. The building is one block from Seventh Avenue, the main street through the neighborhood, and two minutes from Avenida Tulum. The beach is ten minutes away and Tulum airport about thirty. Shops, cafes, bakeries, yoga studios and restaurants are all within walking distance, and the town center is a short drive.

This apartment is priced at $3,700,000 MXN. The dollar figure quoted here is indicative, converted at about 17 pesos to the dollar, and it moves with the rate. The peso figure is the one that stands. Delivery is immediate.
