KI Tulum | Furnished Apartments and Rooftop Penthouses in Aldea Zamá

Four furnished apartments are open at KI Tulum, and they run from a 72 m² one bedroom to a 235 m² penthouse with its own roof garden. The building sits on the corner of Calle Kabah and Calle Iximché in Aldea Zamá, a short walk from the shops and restaurants on the avenue and a few minutes from the beach road. It holds 27 apartments in total, laid out around a planted courtyard with a pool running through it.

Departamento 01 is a one bedroom of 60 m² interior with 12 m² of private outdoor space, 72 m² in all, at 165,000 USD. Departamento 04 is the same configuration at 71 m² interior with an 11 m² garden, 82 m² in all, and it comes with a parking space and a closet hall, at 175,000 USD. Both have one bathroom and a cleaning closet, and both open directly onto planting rather than onto a corridor.

The two penthouses are a different proposition. PH 206 carries two bedrooms and two bathrooms across 102 m² of interior with a 28 m² terrace, then a spiral stair to an 86 m² roof garden with a jacuzzi, a sun deck, a covered pergola, a store room and its own bathroom. That is 216 m² in total at 320,000 USD. PH 205 is the larger of the two, three bedrooms and three bathrooms over 129.50 m² of interior with a 20 m² terrace and the same 86 m² roof, 235.50 m² in all, at 350,000 USD.

Every one of the four is sold fully furnished, and the photographs on this page are of the actual apartments rather than renders. The finish through the building is contemporary Mediterranean with a lot of dark timber: granite kitchen counters, full kitchens with oven, hob and extractor, fitted wardrobes and bathroom furniture, laminated windows, generous ceiling heights, LED lighting, a laundry area and mini split air conditioning. Several layouts in the building are designed as lock off, which matters if the apartment is going to be let.

The building shares a garden courtyard with a swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a grill area, a lobby with a front desk, a lift, security around the clock, parking and bicycle parking.

Aldea Zamá is the part of Tulum that has services in the ground and pavements to walk on, which is why it has held its value while other zones have not. Furnished stock at this size inside it does not sit around.
