Soleii Playacar

Soleii is a boutique development of twenty four residences in three low rise buildings of four storeys, set inside Playacar Phase I, the gated beachfront quarter at the northern end of Playa del Carmen. The Caribbean is 130 metres away and Fifth Avenue is a short walk. Playacar Phase I is the older and smaller of the two Playacar phases and the one that sits on the beach, a gated grid of low rise buildings and houses between the sand and Fifth Avenue, with controlled entry, its own beach clubs and the ferry to Cozumel a few minutes north. Cancún airport is about fifty minutes away.
