The community

Ciudad Mayakoba is the most thoroughly planned residential development in Playa del Carmen and it does not behave like the rest of the market. More than 60,000 square metres are held as green area, there is a private natural cenote inside the grounds, and the infrastructure went in before the houses rather than after them. Access is controlled and security runs around the clock.

Amenities

Residents share a semi Olympic swimming pool and a children pool, a clubhouse with a gym, tennis and paddle courts, rooftop lounges with jacuzzis, an outdoor cinema and barbecue areas, a kids and juniors club, and walking trails through the landscaping.

Phasing

The development runs in two phases. La Ceiba is almost sold out and Roble is the newer stage, carrying more amenities. Establish which phase a unit sits in before you compare prices between them, because the two are not equivalent and the sheets do not always make the distinction plain.
