Costa Residences | 3 Bedroom Beachfront Apartment in Corasol, Playa del Carmen

Costa Residences is six beachfront towers inside Corasol, sixty six apartments in all, designed by Cuaik Arquitectos and sitting on top of the largest beach club the developer has built.

The apartment

Three bedrooms and three bathrooms across a single level, taking half a floor. The plan opens onto four separate terraces rather than one, so the living room, the kitchen and the primary suite each reach outside independently. The primary suite has two private terraces of its own plus an outdoor shower, and the open air deck off the living room carries a jacuzzi.

2,486 square feet inside and 883 outside, 3,369 square feet in total. A chef’s kitchen with high end appliances, floor to ceiling glass through the living space, and the lift opening straight into the apartment.

Corasol

Corasol is a gated master planned community on the coast at Playa del Carmen, built around the Gran Coyote golf course and holding its own stretch of Caribbean shoreline. Residents reach the sand through the Costa Beach Club rather than a public access, and the community runs its own sports park, cenote park and organic orchards alongside the golf.

The Costa Beach Club

The first two levels of every tower are the beach club, which the developer measures at 452,084 square feet with 433 linear feet of beach. Three family pools and an adult pool, a spa, an indoor gym and a jungle gym, a kids club, a gourmet market, a game room and a run of restaurants and bars. Owners also have the Owners Club, which is separate again.

What ownership carries

Corasol membership is included, which opens the golf, the beach club and The Park. Maintenance runs at 50 pesos per square metre plus 850 US dollars a year against the membership. Apartments start on the third level so every one holds a sea view.

One point worth being plain about: Costa is a long term rental building. Nightly letting is not permitted, which is the trade for how quiet it stays. The Village, Palm Villas and Punta Laguna inside Corasol all run vacation rental programmes if that is what you are after.

Price

From 36,608,000 pesos, about $2,153,000 US dollars at seventeen pesos to the dollar. The developer prices in pesos and the peso figure is the one that governs the contract. Payment runs 30/70, 50/50, 70/30 or 90/10, a unit is set aside with 100,000 pesos, and Tower 4 delivers in the last trimester of 2026.
