Pentgarden B | 6 Bedroom Beachfront Residence at Costa Residences, Corasol

Pentgarden B occupies half a floor of Tower 1 over two levels, six bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, with 4,445 square feet of terrace wrapped around it.

The residence

The main level holds the living spaces, which open onto a wraparound terrace with a plunge pool, an outdoor kitchen and room to lay out properly. The bedrooms sit on the upper level along with a den and the primary suite, which takes a private terrace of its own.

4,811 square feet inside, 4,445 outside, 9,256 square feet in total. The lift opens directly into the residence. Views run over the treetops to the Caribbean.

Where it sits in the building

There are two Pentgardens in Tower 1. Pentgarden A is the four bedroom, this is the six. It is the largest residence available anywhere at Costa and the only one at this level of the building still unsold.

Corasol

Corasol is a gated master planned community on the coast at Playa del Carmen, built around the Gran Coyote golf course and holding its own stretch of Caribbean shoreline. Residents reach the sand through the Costa Beach Club rather than a public access, and the community runs its own sports park, cenote park and organic orchards alongside the golf.

The Costa Beach Club

The first two levels of every tower are the beach club, which the developer measures at 452,084 square feet with 433 linear feet of beach. Three family pools and an adult pool, a spa, an indoor gym and a jungle gym, a kids club, a gourmet market, a game room and a run of restaurants and bars. Owners also have the Owners Club, which is separate again.

What ownership carries

Corasol membership is included, which opens the golf, the beach club and The Park. Maintenance runs at 50 pesos per square metre plus 850 US dollars a year against the membership. Apartments start on the third level so every one holds a sea view.

One point worth being plain about: Costa is a long term rental building. Nightly letting is not permitted, which is the trade for how quiet it stays. The Village, Palm Villas and Punta Laguna inside Corasol all run vacation rental programmes if that is what you are after.

Price

118,000,000 pesos, about $6,941,000 US dollars at seventeen pesos to the dollar. The developer prices in pesos and the peso figure is the one that governs the contract. Payment runs 30/70, 50/50, 70/30 or 90/10, a unit is set aside with 100,000 pesos, and Tower 4 delivers in the last trimester of 2026.
