Seventy three square metres on the second floor with an open terrace, fifty three inside and nineteen out, one bedroom and one bathroom with a plunge pool. Two are available, units 302 and 305, at the same price and in the same layout. Neither has a bathtub.

Ensamble is thirty three apartments in Region 8, the fifth building from Namus and the fifth they will have delivered. The architects are RA! of Mexico City, whose residential work took the Architecture Master Prize in 2024. Every apartment in the building has its own plunge pool.

Shared on site: a coffee shop, a common pool with a four metre diving platform, a sunbed and yoga area, an outdoor cinema, controlled access and security around the clock. Because Tulum has no municipal drainage, the building treats its own wastewater, and an emergency generator carries lighting, water and internet through the outages that are still normal here.

Pools are finished in Pebble Tec with crushed marble and quartz. Kitchen counters are travertine, main doors are regional hardwood, showers and baths are glazed ceramic or travertine, and the window hardware is European. The apartments are delivered equipped but not furnished. A turnkey furniture package is sold separately, so budget for it or bring your own.

Delivery is March 2027, so this is bought off plan and not lived in for another seventeen months. Namus prices Ensamble in Mexican pesos. The figure above converts at 18.46 pesos to the dollar on 16 October 2026 and will move with the rate, so treat it as indicative and settle the peso price in writing. Five payment schedules run from seventy per cent down, which carries an eight per cent discount, to thirty per cent down with sixty per cent on delivery at list price.

The second floor is the only level with anything left in quantity. The floor above it sold out entirely.
