Oniric Tulum

Oniric is twenty seven residences in six small towers built around a cenote the architects carved by hand, a circle of concrete latticework open to the sky with water at the bottom of it and the stairs winding down. Arkham Projects drew the building and World by Hand did the interiors, in chukum stucco, regional laja stone, travertine and Santo Tomás marble. Region 8

Region 8 is the part of Tulum closest to the beach, reached off Guardianes Maya Avenue with paved access through Avenida 65 and five hundred metres from Avenida Kukulkán, the road down to the sand. The beach is about five minutes away and the town centre about seven, with Tulum’s international airport and the Maya Train station both a short drive.
