The Junior is the smallest model at Naomi Selva and the only one bar name that is a one bedroom. It runs 452 square feet of interior with a 32 square foot balcony, 484 square feet in total, in Tower B. 1 bedrooms, 1 bathrooms.

The apartment

One bedroom and one bathroom carrying both a shower and a bathtub, with the kitchen open to the living room and a balcony off it. Tower B runs the Junior and Deluxe models over all five floors, and the ground floor units add an outdoor garden of their own.

Tower B has an adults only rooftop that the other towers do not, with plunge pools, grill areas and sundecks over the canopy. It is the reason to buy in this tower rather than the others.

Naomi Selva

Naomi Selva sits on Xcalacoco Avenue, eight minutes from downtown Playa del Carmen and forty from Cancun airport, on a site of 208,249 square meters cut into the jungle rather than the beachfront. Xcalacoco Avenue runs off Federal Highway 307 between Playa del Carmen and Punta Bete, with Xcalacoco beach a few minutes away and the Viceroy Riviera Maya and Gran Coyote golf course as neighbours. Downtown Playa del Carmen is eight minutes, the Maya Train station fifteen, Cancun airport forty and Tulum an hour.

This model starts at $4,088,904 MXN. Ground floor units add a private outdoor garden and start at $4,533,115 MXN, about $267,000 USD.
