The apartment

1,205 square feet inside with a 154 square foot terrace, 1,359 square feet in total. The corner position gives glazing on two sides, so the living space takes light through the day rather than only in the morning or the afternoon, and the golf frontage is wider.

The third bathroom is the practical difference against the standard three bedroom: with two bathrooms, three bedrooms share awkwardly once you have guests. Units are available across towers three and four on several floors.

Delivery

Tower four delivers in December 2026, tower three in the first trimester of 2027.

Corasol

Corasol is a gated master planned community on the coast at Playa del Carmen, built around the Gran Coyote golf course and holding its own stretch of Caribbean shoreline. Punta Laguna is four buildings by Artigas Arquitectos set on the first hole, 334 apartments in all, arranged around a lagoon shaped pool.

Living here

Concierge service and a lift to each tower. The apartment hands over fully equipped, with carpentry, glazing, oven, stove, extractor and electric grill in place. Transport down to the beach is included and beach access is through the community rather than a public entrance.

Punta Laguna runs a vacation rental programme, so the apartment can be let when you are not in it. Maintenance is 60 pesos per square metre. Corasol membership is available to purchase rather than included, and that is what opens the golf and the Costa Beach Club.

Price

From 9,349,000 pesos, about $550,000 US dollars at seventeen pesos to the dollar. The developer prices in pesos and the peso figure is the one that governs the contract. An apartment is set aside with 50,000 pesos.
