Living here

Concierge service and a lift to each tower. The apartment hands over fully equipped, with carpentry, glazing, oven, stove, extractor and electric grill in place. Transport down to the beach is included and beach access is through the community rather than a public entrance.

Punta Laguna runs a vacation rental programme, so the apartment can be let when you are not in it. Maintenance is 60 pesos per square metre. Corasol membership is available to purchase rather than included, and that is what opens the golf and the Costa Beach Club.

Price

10,099,000 pesos, about $594,000 US dollars at seventeen pesos to the dollar. The developer prices in pesos and the peso figure is the one that governs the contract. An apartment is set aside with 50,000 pesos.
