The apartment

Between 949 and 957 square feet inside with a terrace on top, 1,110 to 1,150 square feet in total depending on the unit and the tower. Open plan living, dining and kitchen with the terrace running off it, and the golf course in front.

This is the most numerous plan in the scheme, which means real choice of floor and aspect rather than one apartment on a take it or leave it basis. Units are spread across towers one, three and four.

Delivery

Towers one, two and four deliver in December 2026. Tower three follows in the first trimester of 2027. Which tower you take therefore decides when you get the keys.

Corasol

Corasol is a gated master planned community on the coast at Playa del Carmen, built around the Gran Coyote golf course and holding its own stretch of Caribbean shoreline. Punta Laguna is four buildings by Artigas Arquitectos set on the first hole, 334 apartments in all, arranged around a lagoon shaped pool.

Living here

Concierge service and a lift to each tower. The apartment hands over fully equipped, with carpentry, glazing, oven, stove, extractor and electric grill in place. Transport down to the beach is included and beach access is through the community rather than a public entrance.

Punta Laguna runs a vacation rental programme, so the apartment can be let when you are not in it. Maintenance is 60 pesos per square metre. Corasol membership is available to purchase rather than included, and that is what opens the golf and the Costa Beach Club.

Price

From 8,102,000 pesos, about $477,000 US dollars at seventeen pesos to the dollar. The developer prices in pesos and the peso figure is the one that governs the contract. An apartment is set aside with 50,000 pesos.
