Corasol

Corasol is a gated master planned community on the coast at Playa del Carmen, built around the Gran Coyote golf course and holding its own stretch of Caribbean shoreline. The Village sits inside the course itself, twelve buildings by Sordo Madaleno spread over roughly twelve acres, looking onto the fifth, sixth and ninth holes.

Living here

Concierge service, a lift to each building and one deeded parking space with the apartment. Transport down to the beach is included, and beach access is private to residents rather than shared with the public. The apartment hands over fully equipped, with carpentry, glazing, oven, stove, extractor and gas grill in place. Furniture and turnkey packages are priced per square metre if you want it finished as well as equipped.

The Village runs a vacation rental programme, so the apartment can be let when you are not using it. Corasol membership is available to purchase rather than included.

Price

From 8,211,000 pesos, about $483,000 US dollars at seventeen pesos to the dollar. The developer prices in pesos and the peso figure is the one that governs the contract. On immediate delivery stock the payment runs 30/70 or 90/10, and an apartment is set aside with 50,000 pesos.
