The apartments

Two plans. Type B1 is unit 101, 61.75 square meters inside with a 27.43 square meter terrace. Type A1 covers units 102, 103, 105 and 106, about 63.7 square meters inside with a terrace of 36.08. That terrace is a third of the apartment again, which is what separates this floor from the rest of the building and why these sell first.

Ground floor against height

The upper floor apartments are cheaper per square meter but smaller overall and their terraces run to 11 square meters. If outdoor space matters more than a view over the rooftops, this is the level to take. They are listed separately.

Village Blu

Twenty four ocean view beach apartments on Avenida Javier Rojo Gomez in Puerto Morelos, on a 750.93 square meter site with 3,700 square meters built. A rooftop with a pool and sun loungers looks out over the sea, with terraces and social areas through the building and parking below. The developer is Eleva Capital Group, which has built a run of projects along this coast under the Blu name.

Puerto Morelos

Javier Rojo Gomez runs the length of the town, so the building sits within walking distance of the dock, the square and the restaurants. Cancun airport is twenty five minutes north and the national marine park lies directly offshore.

Availability and price

All five first level apartments were available on the price list dated 1 September 2026. Unit 101 is $305,200 USD, units 103 and 105 are $315,000, and units 102 and 106 are $329,000. Delivery is winter 2027.
