The apartments

Types A and B are one bedroom with one bathroom and a laundry room of their own. Twenty four units over four levels, six to a floor, with the Caribbean on one side and the avenue on the other. It is a small building by the standards of this coast, which is the point of it.

Puerto Morelos

Javier Rojo Gomez is the road that runs the length of the town, so the building sits inside walking distance of the dock, the square and the restaurants, with Cancun airport twenty five minutes north and Playa del Carmen about thirty five south. The national marine park lies directly offshore, which is what keeps the water flat in front of the town and why the diving and snorkelling here are the reason most people come.

Availability and price

Seven of the upper floor apartments were available on the price list dated 1 September 2026. Unit 201 on the second level is the entry at $310,000 USD for 72.71 square meters. Units 202 and 206 are $325,000, unit 203 is $335,000, units 302 and 306 on the third level are $350,000 and unit 402 is $360,000. Units 205 and 406 are on hold. Delivery is winter 2027.

Five further apartments sit on the first level with terraces of 27 to 36 square meters rather than 11, which makes them a third larger overall. They are listed separately.

The developer is Eleva Capital Group, which has built a run of projects along this stretch of the coast under the Blu name.
