This house is in a "Cul de Sac" inside Holistyka, offering much privacy. Conceived and built by Mexican famous architect Guillermo Alcocer, this house has 4 private bedrooms, fully opened to each of their own terraces that are in communion and in total silence with a jungle patio. A work space is well conceived to work efficiently with no distraction. The upper floor is the heart of the house. An extraordinary palapa that embraces the living room and the dining room, which by hiding some sliding doors in the walls, they get connected to an incredible roofed terrace with barbecue, dining area, living room area, and hamacas, which also, all of them are a part of an opened deck terrace where the pool and the solarbeds are embraced again by trees and the sky. The atmosphere accomplished in this area is totally different from the classic designs in Tulum. You feel like being in a closed jungle patio surrounded by walls and trees, by the sky and by nature. A sensation I can't describe. One has to live it to feel it. All this is accomplished by the simple and elegant architecture of Guillermo Alcocer.
