The community

The resort itself runs to 717 acres between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, roughly halfway along the Riviera Maya and about 80 kilometers south of Cancun airport. It is gated and staffed around the clock, built around a golf course, and the Caribbean is a few minutes east.

The golf course is the spine of the place and it is the reason most owners are here. Getting there
