The penthouse

110 square metres inside, a 24.75 square metre terrace and a 45.05 square metre roof garden above, 179.80 square metres in total. The roof garden is what separates a penthouse here from the apartment below it, and this one has the largest of the three at Bloom.

There is one of it. Unit 403, on the fourth level of Tower B.

The marina is in front and the Caribbean beyond it, which is a view you only get from the top of this building.

Bloom

Bloom sits on 7,000 square metres inside Puerto Aventuras with seventy linear metres of frontage directly on the marina. Three towers, thirty two apartments in total, by Román Rivera Torres. Tower A has sold out. Tower B is the twelve apartments available now and Tower C follows later. Every apartment in the scheme looks over the marina.

Eight boat berths

The development holds eight dock spaces, four for boats up to 23 feet and four up to 40. They are run collectively by the owners on a pooled rota rather than sold with individual apartments, and owners who use one pay an additional fee. For a marina address that is the part worth understanding before you buy: the water access is real, and it is shared.

Buying and running it

Delivery is April 2027. A unit is reserved with 20,000 US dollars, then 30 per cent down with the remaining 70 per cent spread interest free over eighteen months. Paying 50 per cent down takes 2 per cent off the price.

Maintenance runs at about 60.75 pesos per square metre and covers the Puerto Aventuras community fee as well, which is why Bloom itself keeps its amenity list short: the community already has the infrastructure. Apartments are delivered unfurnished, with furniture packages available through Smukt Interior Design at 39,000, 44,000 or 52,000 US dollars. Storage units run 13,536 US dollars and garages 48,278.

Price

$819,000 US dollars. Bloom prices in dollars rather than pesos, so the figure on the page is the figure in the contract.
