Gran Península

How it is finished

Veracruz travertine floors cut to the vein, walls in Comex oyster white, doors and vanities in purple pink wood with antique brass handles, PVC frames with 9 millimetre tempered glass, and Urrea fittings in antique brass throughout. Kitchens come with a Teka double undermount sink, a panelled dishwasher and a Mabe hob and Tecnolam extractor or equivalents.

Buying it

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is 30 per cent down, 60 per cent during construction and 10 per cent at deed, or 50, 40 and 10 for a 3 per cent discount, with a holding deposit of $100,000 MXN. An additional covered parking bay is offered at $70,000 USD and a connection to the emergency power plant at $20,000 USD. The developer has not published a delivery date; we will add it when FRISA confirms one.
