Seven point nine hectares of jungle in Francisco Uh May, with an open cenote on the ground and a camp already standing on it. Nineteen minutes north of Tulum town on Highway 109.

The surveyed area is 79,049.486 m² on the topographic plan drawn in April 2018. Several rooms are finished and in use: concrete floors, white walls, round timber beams overhead, sliding windows on two and three sides opening straight into jungle, a vanity with a Talavera basin in each and a shower room off.
