95 private residences and a 45 room MGallery boutique hotel on Avenida Cobá at the Aldea Zama exit, facing Parque del Jaguar on the road that joins Tulum town to the beach. As of August 2026 the building is around 60 per cent complete with every residential structure standing, so the actual unit can be walked through, and delivery is scheduled for December 2027.
