95 private residences and a 45 room MGallery boutique hotel on Avenida Cobá at the Aldea Zama exit, facing Parque del Jaguar on the road that joins Tulum town to the beach. It is the first MGallery residential collection anywhere, developed by Inmobilia, the group behind Four Seasons Caye Chapel, SLS Cancún and Faena Residences Tulum, with interiors and experience by Filipao Nunes. Owners live beside a working Accor hotel and use its restaurant, spa, pools and concierge, with their own lobby and owners’ pool set apart from the guests. As of August 2026 the building is around 60 per cent complete with every residential structure standing, so the actual unit can be walked through, and delivery is scheduled for December 2027.

From $259,790 USD (MXN $4,416,425) up to $367,032 USD (MXN $6,239,537) depending on the level and the unit. Prices are the developer’s, set in Mexican pesos and converted here at 17 to the dollar; the final figure follows the exchange rate on the day of payment.
