The one bedroom range runs up to 79.60 square metres in the Aqua garden studios, and the wider development carries larger typologies above that. Ask for the availability sheet and price the specific tower and layout you want, because the spread between the smallest Ignis suite and the larger Aqua units is considerable.

What it is

This is a resort operated under the Aston brand rather than a plain residential block, so the building runs hotel services and the running costs reflect that. Ask for the projected maintenance schedule and the operator agreement before committing. A unit inside a managed resort is a different instrument from an apartment, and the paperwork is where that difference lives.
