The residence

Ground floor here means the amenity level, so the residence opens directly onto the deck, the pools and the gardens rather than onto a corridor.

Two are available at the same price of $1,182,450: unit 0 02 on the golf and sea side and unit 0 01 on the lagoon side. They are the only three bedrooms in the building outside the penthouse floor, and the penthouses are all reserved.

How it is finished

Large format porcelain floors in a Taj Mahal marble tone, sintered stone worktops in the kitchen and on the vanities, oak tone joinery, and Samsung appliances including an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a washer dryer in a laundry closet. Glazing runs 2.60 metres to the ceiling and is laminated to category 3 hurricane resistance with solar control. Keyless access, walk in closets and high speed connectivity throughout.
