The apartment

Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a guest toilet. The living and dining room opens to the terrace behind full height glass with the city and the marina beyond, and the kitchen sits along one side in pale oak and stone with an island. There is a laundry room and a service room with its own bathroom. Floors are large format stone, the wardrobes are fitted in oak and the bathrooms are lit marble with walk in showers. Alba

Alba is a building of thirty homes, twenty six apartments and four penthouses, designed by Archea Associati of Florence and built by a developer with twelve years of vertical projects in Cancún behind it. It is finished and photographed as it stands. Every apartment comes with two parking spaces, three for the penthouses, and a storage unit in the basement.

Puerto Cancún is the gated marina and golf community where the Hotel Zone, the city and the Caribbean meet. Alba sits 150 metres from the marina, which is planned as the largest in Cancún with more than 450 berths and room for yachts to 200 feet, and 350 metres from the shopping centre with its 122 units, cinemas and restaurants. The Tom Weiskopf 18 hole par 72 golf course, the beach club with its pools and restaurant on the sand, and the sailing club are all within five minutes, and the airport is twenty.
