The apartment

The largest of the three bedroom plans in the building. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and a guest toilet, the principal with a dressing room and a marble bathroom with twin basins. Alba

Alba is a building of thirty homes, twenty six apartments and four penthouses, designed by Archea Associati of Florence and built by a developer with twelve years of vertical projects in Cancún behind it. Alba sits 150 metres from the marina, which is planned as the largest in Cancún with more than 450 berths and room for yachts to 200 feet, and 350 metres from the shopping centre with its 122 units, cinemas and restaurants. The Tom Weiskopf 18 hole par 72 golf course, the beach club with its pools and restaurant on the sand, and the sailing club are all within five minutes, and the airport is twenty.
