📍 Location

Xpu-Ha, municipality of Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, on the coast between Puerto Aventuras and Akumal. Playa del Carmen is roughly 20 minutes north and Tulum about 30 minutes south, with Cancun and Tulum airports each around an hour away. Puerto Aventuras, with its marina, golf club, supermarket and cinema, is five to eight minutes up the road.

🌊 The Beach Club

The resort's private beach club sits on Xpu Ha beach, one of the wider and calmer stretches on this coast, and is reached from the residential side through a dedicated underpass built for crossing on foot, by bicycle or by golf cart rather than on the highway. The club runs a restaurant and bar, lounge areas, sun terraces and loungers. From the Oasis lots it is about 1.5 km, roughly six minutes by bike.

A semi olympic pool with a dedicated swim lane, a gym with professional equipment, courts for tennis, padel and pickleball, and a multi use court for basketball, volleyball and football. The Casa Club adds family and adult pools, with ecological trails and a cycle path threading the green areas.
