Yucalpetén Resort Marina

A master planned marina resort on the Gulf coast at Progreso, Yucatán, thirty five minutes north of Mérida and its international airport. SIMCA Desarrollos, which has delivered more than two thousand apartments across the Yucatán, is building four residential towers, twenty five beachfront villas, a private beach club on five hundred metres of sand, a marina with a yacht club and dry storage, and a 750 metre private pier.
