The penthouse

Yucalpetén Resort Marina

A master planned marina resort on the Gulf coast at Progreso, Yucatán, thirty five minutes north of Mérida and its international airport. SIMCA Desarrollos, which has delivered more than two thousand apartments across the Yucatán, is building four residential towers, twenty five beachfront villas, a private beach club on five hundred metres of sand, a marina with a yacht club and dry storage, and a 750 metre private pier. The sea in front of the beach club is a natural pool closed to motorised craft. Mérida is the safest large city in Mexico and Progreso is its beach, so this is the first project of its kind on this coast rather than the latest.

Bonanza is the third tower at Yucalpetén and it is selling off plan. The developer has not yet published a delivery date; we will add it when SIMCA confirms one.

Price and parking

The developer prices in pesos and the peso figure is the one the contract runs on. The living area above is the apartment, its terrace and its solarium. The parking bays and the storage locker are titled with the apartment but are separate spaces and are not counted in it.
