A Residence Suite of 55.90 square metres, 53.65 inside and a 2.25 square metre balcony, at Country Tower Suites, the hotel operated residential towers by Inmobilia in Altabrisa, Mérida, run by Hamak Hotels.

The suite

The larger of the two suite plans, 4.5 metres wide and 12.5 metres deep: the bed by the balcony, a proper living area with a sofa and a dining table for four, a fitted kitchen along one wall with a gas hob, a full bathroom in porcelain and marble with a walk in shower, and an owner’s closet. One hundred and twenty five Residence Suites exist across the two towers, sold as Residence and North Residence, and the availability plan shows most of them still open.

Price

$4,399,990 MXN at list, about $258,823 USD at 17 pesos to the dollar. The peso figure is the asking price and the dollar figure moves with the rate. A private roof terrace, a flex room and an extra parking space are sold as options.

Country Tower Suites

Country Tower Suites is 199 hotel operated suites in two towers of twelve levels by Inmobilia inside the Country Towers complex in Altabrisa, the hospital, university and retail district of north Mérida, operated by Hamak Hotels, the group behind Ikal del Mar and Esencia on the Riviera Maya. An owner can live in the suite, let it on a lease of six months or more with full use of the amenities, let it short term, or place it in the operator’s rental pool; the building has a wellness level, roof terraces on both towers, a restaurant with suite service, a coffee shop, a golden concierge, laundry, cleaning, a handyman, a medical office and a rentals administrator, all optional and charged as used. Residents also use the existing Country Towers club: restaurants, a terrace bar, an adult pool and a pool with bar, a gym, steam and sauna, with tennis and pádel courts, a covered sports pool, a cinema, a business centre, kids and juniors clubs, a health centre, an events hall, a putting green and a pet park to follow. Finishes are oak veneer joinery, a Teka gas hob and hood, San Gabriel granite counters, a Tundra Beige marble vanity, Interceramic porcelain floors, a tempered glass shower screen and Hansgrohe fittings.
