Prices run from $3,200,000 MXN to $3,700,000 MXN, about $188,235 USD to $217,647 USD at 17 pesos to the dollar. The peso figure is the asking price and the dollar figure moves with the rate.

Torre Mitos

Torre Mitos is a 19 storey residential tower of 140 apartments by Inmobilia, one of the largest premium developers in southeast Mexico, designed by Arditti + RDT with interiors by Sofía Aspe. The building is drawn as a stack of curved balconies, so every apartment has a wave of terrace in front of tall glazing, and every home is delivered with air conditioning, a fitted and equipped kitchen and dressed closets. The amenity floors carry a rooftop pool, a sky lounge, a gym, a yoga area and sauna, a terrace with a pádel court, work, study and kitchen stations, a social hub and multipurpose room, a zen space and a pet park, with a concierge, biometric access, parcel reception, closed circuit security, covered parking and a commercial zone at the base.
