The apartments

Six layouts. Types A, C and D1 are one bedroom with two bathrooms. Type B is two bedrooms with three bathrooms. Types D2 and E are two bedrooms with two bathrooms. A run of rooftop studios sits above them on the top floor. Selected apartments carry a plunge pool of their own.

Amenities

An ocean view rooftop with a pool and a pool bar, a lobby, a meeting room, a gym, a barbecue area, elevators, parking, bike parking, closed circuit surveillance and private access to the beach in front of the building. The building is pet friendly.

Puerto Morelos

The building sits on Avenida Rojo Gomez with the beach behind it, twenty five minutes from Cancun international airport, in a fishing town with the national marine park directly offshore.

Availability and price

Eighteen apartments were on the price list dated 1 September 2026. Twelve are one bedroom homes with a television room and two bathrooms, from 990 to 1,065 square feet, running $541,830 to $734,135. Six are two bedroom homes with a television area and three bathrooms, from 1,312 to 1,329 square feet, running $905,693 to $977,027. Prices are in US dollars and the developer holds a price for fifteen days once a deposit is placed and the offer letter is signed.

The developer is Eleva Capital Group, which has built a run of projects along this stretch of the coast under the Blu name.
