How it is built

Puerto Aventuras

Puerto Aventuras is a gated marina community on the coast between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, built around a working marina, a golf course, its own beaches and a dolphin lagoon. Restaurants, shops, a school and a racket club sit inside the gates, security runs around the clock, and the whole place is walkable. It has been established for decades, which is why resale stock here holds up rather than competing with whatever launched last month.
