Unit A-301 is a Type 2 plan of 118.06 square meters with a 23.38 square meter terrace, on the third level looking over the marina. It is the same plan as A-201 a floor below at about twenty two thousand dollars more, which is what the extra height costs here.

Where it sits

The third level is high enough to clear the boats on the water and low enough to avoid the rooftop premium the fourth floor carries. Of the twelve apartments in Building A, seven remain and this is one of two on level three.

Marina Aqua

Marina Aqua sits on the water at Puerto Aventuras, two bedroom apartments over four levels with boat slips on the marina in front.
