Payment runs on one of three schedules, 30/60/10, 50/40/10 or 70/20/10, and the heavier the deposit the larger the discount, up to five per cent. The figure below is the full list price before any of that, so it is the most you would pay. The developer prices in pesos and the peso figure governs the contract.
