Gran Tulum is 245 apartments on the Tulum to Boca Paila road at kilometre 3.8, inside the gated community closest to the beach. Gran Tulum is all but sold. Four apartments remained on the developer list out of the 245 built, and the discounts below are the developer clearing the last of them rather than an opening promotion. When these go the project is finished.
