The seller states a confirmed retail value across the fifteen units of 8,150,000 US dollars, with individual units priced between 410,000 and 585,000 US dollars, and describes the cash price as approximately twenty two per cent below that retail total. Those are the seller figures, and the unit price list should be checked against current availability before an offer is made.

Why the position holds

Being inside the Jaguar Park boundary limits what can be built around it. Upper terraces look directly at the pyramids and those views cannot be built out.
