Chukum is a traditional Mayan render made from tree bark, and it is the reason these interiors read warm rather than clinical in person.

El Mirador

El Mirador is the residential pocket closest to the archaeological zone. Being inside the park boundary limits what can be built around it, which is worth more here than an amenity list.
